Lisa Chronister

Deacon

Deacon Lisa Chronister was ordained in 2012 in the Diocese of New York and has served St. John’s since 2014. Lisa has been an architect for her entire professional career, and now leads the Current Planning and Urban Design division of the Oklahoma City Planning Department. She earned architecture degrees from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and the University of Oklahoma. Lisa grew up in Fittstown, Oklahoma and has lived most of her adult life in Oklahoma City. She is married to Aaron Mooney and they have one son, Eli. When she is not devoting time to professional and community service, she can be found traveling, watching Thunder basketball, or taking Eli to various sports practices and playdates.
